Do I need a contract or a monthly subscription?
No. You top up a balance and pay per message. There's no contract, no monthly fee and no minimum volume.
How do I pay?
Top up from 10 MRU with Bankily, Masrivi or Sedad, or with a card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay).
What if a message doesn't go out?
You don't pay for it. Every message is retried automatically, and if it still can't be sent, it isn't charged and doesn't count toward your monthly volume.
What do I need to get approved?
Everyone verifies their identity with an ID and a selfie. Companies also submit their registration details and certificate. Individuals and freelancers only need the identity check.
Can my brand name appear as the sender?
Yes. Request a sender name of up to 11 characters from the dashboard. It's set up free of charge once you send 2,000 SMS a week. Until then you can keep sending with it: messages go out from MOORSYL and switch to your name automatically once it's approved.
